Privacy Policy

Summary: there are no accounts, no statistics tools, no ad trackers and no outside scripts on this site. The few things we do process are explained below, one by one.

Delivery of the pages

Our host is Cloudflare, Inc. When your browser asks for a page, Cloudflare necessarily handles technical data such as the IP address, the country derived from it, the browser type and the time of the request. It uses these details to serve the page and to fend off attacks. We look at the country for exactly two purposes: blocking regions where this site may not be offered, and showing the notice about age checks in some regions. No profile of you is created. Cloudflare processes this data for us as a service provider and explains its own practices in its privacy policy.

The age answer

Answering yes to the age question makes your browser keep one small entry in its local storage, named pjl-adult with the value y plus the time of your answer, so the question is not repeated on every page. The age check needs it for exactly that and for nothing more. This entry is not a cookie and is never sent to us. A month (30 days) is its limit: an older entry is thrown out on your next page view, and the chat bubble asks again. Emptying the browser’s storage for this domain gets rid of it at once. Because this lone entry is all we keep, you will not meet a cookie banner here.

Notes sent through the form

A note sent through the contact form is saved alongside the subject line you selected and, optionally, your reply address. It lands in a KV database that belongs to the Cloudflare account of this site; no form service and no mail provider handle it on the way. We use it only to read and answer your message, and it is deleted automatically after twelve months, or sooner on request.

The green start button and Stripchat

Both green start buttons point at /video-start, a relay on this same domain that opens in its own tab. The relay notices only whether your browser introduces itself as iPhone, Android handset or desktop computer; it logs nothing and connects you straight through. The affiliate network CrakRevenue then routes the visit to Stripchat, a live webcam platform featuring trans models and owned by a company unrelated to ours. During that hand-over CrakRevenue and Stripchat get the plain technical data any web request carries, plus this site's name and the one device label, and their own privacy policies take over from there. Neither of them places a script, frame or tracking pixel on trans-video-call.com, and people in regions with stricter age-verification laws are given the identical plain link.

Cookies and similar tools

The site itself sets no cookies. It contains no analytics, no advertising pixels, no social media plugins and no fonts or scripts from other servers; the typeface is delivered from this domain.

Partner links

The green buttons carry a referral code, which lets CrakRevenue and Stripchat tie a registration or a purchase back to this guide; we may receive a commission for it. From the moment you arrive on Stripchat, its privacy rules govern what happens. Our reports from such programmes contain counts and amounts only, never names or anything that identifies a visitor.

Your rights, including California

You may find out what is stored about you, ask for corrections or erasure, and object to any use. Residents of California additionally hold the rights to know and to delete under the CCPA and the CPRA. Selling personal data is something we do not do; sharing it for cross-context behavioral advertising is equally excluded, and sensitive personal information is not processed here. Using any of these rights has no effect on how the site works for you. Requests reach us through the contact form, and answers follow in 45 days at the latest. Visitors from other US states and from Europe can use the same route.

Minors

Nobody under 18 is supposed to use this guide, and information from minors is never something we gather on purpose. Should a minor have written to us, a short message is enough for us to erase that note.

Changes

Each revision of this notice also updates the date shown beneath the heading.
